Q. Did you grow up in your early life wanting to be a model?
A. I certainly did not grow up wanting to be a model, nor did I think I would make it in the industry. I was only introduced to it in my early 20s and I was surprised with how much I have learned and enjoyed about modelling.
Q. What have you discovered / learnt from the modelling scene?
A. Being in the modelling scene, I learned more about myself than anything else. When I was young, I really lacked self-confidence and did not appreciate style, clothes, and make-up as much as I do now. I also appreciate the art of photography more than ever. I love seeing photos that capture an emotion or moment in time.
Q. Career highlights to date?
A. I feel like I have so many career highlights to date. From auditioning for M. Night Shyamalan to shooting with Antoine Verglas and travelling from Miami to New York to LA. I look back on what experiences I have had and I am overwhelmed with gratitude.
Q. Favourite hobbies?
A. I love cooking, studying and learning about diet and nutrition. I also live on a farm and I love taking care of all the animals here. All of the animals are rescued from the animal agriculture industry.
Q. Favourite music?
A. This is a tough one to answer because I love all kinds of music from old country to rock and roll. Some of my favourites are Patsy Cline, Willie Nelson, Bob Seger, Guns and Roses, Led Zeppelin, Elvis Presley, Tom Petty, Billy Joel; the list is endless!
Q. Favourite films?
A. My favourite film is Gilda with Rita Hayworth and Glenn Ford released in 1946. I love Rita’s femme fatale role and the love/hate relationship between her and Johnny.
Q. Beauty tips?
A. Daily sunscreen and drinking lots of water is probably the best beauty advice I can give to anyone.
Q. What is your fashion sense?
A. I wear a lot of black and love a good pair of ripped jeans and, of course, high heels!
Q. What do you feel sexiest wearing?
A. I feel sexiest in my highest pair of heels.
Q. Advice for young girls aspiring to be models?
A. Never let anyone talk you into doing something you don’t feel comfortable doing. Make sure you have a good support system before getting involved in the industry. It takes a lot of time and commitment.
Q. What’s the craziest thing that you’ve done?
A. The craziest thing I have done is buy a farm to rescue animals.

A. Old Hollywood, CA and the Sunset Strip.
Q. Are there any issues that you feel strongly about and would like to briefly discuss?
A. If I had to select one issue I feel strongly about it is the environmental impact we as a species are making on the planet. Humans are to blame for the destruction of rain forest, the extinction of certain animal species, plastics in the oceans, global pandemics, global warming, etc. I feel strongly that we need to prioritize sustainability in every decision we make in our jobs and everyday lives to ensure a healthy future for our planet.
