Temple Skincare & Spa wins the ABIA Salon/Spa of the Year Australia for the 4th Straight Year
Temple Skincare & Spa comes out at the top with its fourth straight win for the coveted national Australian Beauty Industry Association (ABIA) Best Salon/Spa of the Year and Salon/Spa of the Year NSW (4 treatment rooms and under), awarded during a gala night at The Star, Sydney.
Temple Skincare & Spa founder and Managing Director, Rene Herald said, “I am so grateful, from the bottom of my heart. I am completely honoured and privileged…and grateful to my team, because without them, I’m not a one-man-band, I am only as strong as my team is. They walk up to work every day, giving a hundred percent to their team.”
“The culture of Temple Skincare & Spa is an extension of who I am as a person. It is one of the platforms I have been privileged to create from the ground up to provide a healing space for clients and staff alike. We are all on a journey to be the best version of ourselves and for me, part of that journey is about building relationships and making a difference in a way that makes someone’s life a little better than it was before. Love and Kindness is a wonderful guiding light and is central to the way I conduct business and life.”
Temple Skincare & Spa is a day spa and a medi-spa located at The Hills Lodge in Castle Hill. The philosophy with the brand and with clients is to treat each other like family, with love and kindness, integrity and professionalism.
Love and Kindness as a Business Model
It is observable the moment you step into Temple Skincare or when meeting Rene and her team, that their brand is rooted in exceptional customer service; innovation; love and kindness; ongoing education for staff and clients; and, providing access to high quality technology, products and services that deliver results.
Rene adds, “We see the success of each team member as part of the global success of Temple Skincare. When team members are happy, motivated and rewarded, their clients sense the passion and love the therapists have for both the business and their work.”
Love and kindness also translates in the community work that they do. This year, they have partnered up with Hawkesbury’s Helping Hands as their official charity in their Temple Hearts program. To date, they have raised thousands of dollars to help homeless families and feed indigent schoolchildren in their area.
Not Your Average Day Spa
The Temple Skincare & Spa combines the latest dermal technologies with the holistic. Each treatment aims not only to pamper a client with the day spa offerings, but to advise, heal and bring each customer closer to their skin and body goals.
Each client is treated as part of the Temple Family, like a tribe of women that cares for and nurtures each other, without judgement and focussed on creating a refuge to relax and uplift one’s soul.
Aside from the daily demands of the day spa and medispa, Temple Skincare & Spa also curates spa and wellness programs for their clientele. Some notable programs that have been newly launched this year include Temple Retreats, providing luxurious wellness escapes for Temple clients. For younger clientele, they offer Skin School. Having had success with this event, they are now the National Ambassadors for this program that is a hands on, fun and supportive workshop designed to teach teens to care for their skin for life.
Knowing more and more about Temple Skincare, it becomes evident why they consistently bag the highest recognition from the ABIAs year after year.
